I first met Zoe at the PA Show in Sept 23 when showcasing my restaurants private dining rooms across rhe Corrigan Collection.

we hit it off and I welcomed Zoe for her first ever Oyster at Bentleys and rhe  for a long lunch at Corrigans Mayfair. During the lunch we built a friendship but also a professional connection.
